Jessica Moore, Legal Assistant

I was born in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. My family lived there for much of my childhood, but I never really considered it home. As a small child, we began vacationing in rural Tennessee. In 1999, my family decided to make Tennessee home, and this is where my heart has been ever since. My husband and I chose to start our family in rural Tennessee and it is where we plan to stay. After working as a journalist, and spending time in the court room covering trials, I discovered a new interest, law. Joining the team here at The Law Office of David McKenzie, has been the best decision. I am a graduate of the 2013 -2014 Leadership Marshall Program. I sit on the Marshall County Imagination Library Board as well as the Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals.

I was born and raised in Lewisburg, Tennessee. My husband and I married in 2008. We have two small children, one daughter and one son. After working in dentistry for nine years, I decided to take a leap of faith and transition into the legal field. I graduated from Marshall County High School in 2005 and completed the Dental Assisting Program through the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in 2006. I love working at The Law Office of David McKenzie, and I love being able to help our clients as they go through life changing events. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family.

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky. I moved to Lewisburg, Tennessee, with my family when I was a senior in high school. I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I have been married to my husband for 30 years. We have three grown children who are starting families of their own. I recently became a grandmother. Since all of our children now live on their own, we decided to become foster parents, which is something I have always wanted to do. I am the co-owner of Tennessee Technical Coatings. I am a former Lewisburg City Planning and Zoning board member and a former Marshall County Commissioner. In my spare time, I love painting, reading, and spending time with my family and animals.
